I have been working on my university’s website for the past few weeks and I visited loads of other universities’ websites for inspiration. Of course I visited websites for American universities, but I also toured Ghana’s leading universities’ websites. The top 5 universities in Ghana with their website screenshots as of April 11 2012 follow:

The best website in terms of user interface and functionality is Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology. No wonder it is the best university in Ghana. The KNUST website is built on top of the KAN CMS, which is a made in Ghana Open Source content management system.
